We enjoy being an example to others on providing local community service efforts of various propensity. We do this from an intrinsic desire to seek real joy and share it with others in hopes that they too will gain it. Sometimes we are overly proud of the work we do.

We believe leadership is having a great, inspirational vision and getting others on board to believe in that vision by means of teamwork, training, and coaching. Leaders are often called visionaries because they often times get you to work towards their vision not because they want you to, but because you want to do it.
