WHO IS KAREN?
I’m Karen Doniere – Stress Relief coach and your number one supporter. My academic background includes a Master of Arts in Educational Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
More importantly, my journey includes being bullied in school to suffering from depression and having suicidal thoughts; and from becoming a teenage mother, to getting married young, and having three wonderful children.
I was fortunate enough to able to pull myself out of that emotional and mentally draining abyss with the help of a wonderful therapist, family, and friends.
